TabMint Privacy Policy
TabMint is designed to run entirely on your device.
What TabMint accesses
- Open tab metadata (title, URL, favicon, pinned, muted, and active state) via Chrome’s
tabs API. This is used to provide tab overview, search, duplicate detection, grouping, and tab-management functionality.
- Local storage (
chrome.storage.local) to save the named tab sessions you explicitly create.
What TabMint does not do
- No data is sent to any TabMint server. TabMint has no backend.
- No analytics, telemetry, or crash-reporting SDKs are included.
- No browsing history is collected. TabMint only processes metadata from tabs that are currently open and information from sessions you explicitly save.
- No account or sign-in is required.
- TabMint does not sell or share your data with third parties.
Changes to this policy
This privacy policy will be updated before any change that affects what TabMint accesses, processes, or stores is released.
